Now... Who am I?
Since the summer of 2006 I am an active collector of safety-cards of airplanes. Yes, that's right, those plastic cards you only pay any attention to when you are either very bored or you feel very warm...
It all began with three Cards, of which only one is left: the Air Berlin B737-400. The other cards changed hands very quickly right in the beginning. With a lot of patience, thanks to wonderful relatives and friends, and, of course, all the nice fellow collectors who traded with me, my collection slowly grew to today's size. After eight years I've got more than 550 different Cards of some 150 airlines from all four corners of the earth bulging on my shelve.
Many of my interests are related to aviation, such as Simulation, Operations, Plane spotting and, of course, travel.

Nur... Wer bin ich?
Seit dem Sommer des Jahres 2006 bin ich aktiver Sammler von Sicherheitskarten von Flugzeugen. Ja, genau diesen Karten, die man nur ansieht, wenn es einem im Flugzeug entweder wirklich langweilig, oder wirklich heiß ist...
Alles begann mit einem Startkapital von drei Karten, von denen ich heute nur noch eine besitze: die Air Berlin B737-400, die anderen beiden haben gleich zu Beginn den Besitzer gewechselt. Mit viel Geduld und dank netter Verwandter und Freunde, die mir von Reisen immer wieder Karten mitbringen, und natürlich den vielen netten anderen Sammlern, mit denen ich tauschen konnte wuchs mein Bestand langsam aber stetig. Nach fast acht Jahren haben sich mittlerweile über 550 Karten von etwa 150 Airlines von allen Kontinenten angehäuft.
Ich interessiere mich ganz allgemein für die Luftfahrt in all ihren Facetten: Simulation, Operations, Spotting, Reisen...

Pero... ¿Quíen soy?
Comencé a coleccionar tarjetas de seguridad de aviones en el verano del año 2006. Sí, esas tarjetas a las que uno sólo presta atención en momentos de calor o aburrimiento extremos...
Todo empezó con tres tarjetas, de las que hoy me queda sólo una: el B737-400 de Air Berlin. Las otras cambiaron de manos bastante pronto. Poco a poco, con mucha paciencia, gracias a familiares y amigos muy amables y, naturalmente, todos aquellos otros coleccionistas con los que he intercambiado tarjetas una y otra vez, mi colección fue creciendo gradualmente hasta su tamaño actual: más de 550 tarjetas de más de 150 compañías de todos los continentes.
Yo tengo un profundo interés en todo aquello relacionado con la aviación: simulación, operaciones, "spotting", viajar...
